All sales are considered FINAL with NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES unless a mistake was made on our end, such as receiving a damaged or wrong item, size, or color.

However, it is imperative that any such issues are reported within 7 days of receiving your order; otherwise, the mistake will not be eligible for consideration.

As all our items are made-to-order, processing begins as soon as we receive your order. We highly advise you to double-check all the items in your cart, especially the color and sizing, before completing checkout. Refer to our size chart available here for accurate sizing information.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to fulfill your request. However, we can't guarantee this, as processing commences immediately upon receiving your order.
